by and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in taupo, had much fun and met very good staff who was very flexible to meet our request. central location was a plus. dined at the bistro, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

The bathroom fan was overly loud, almost like a helicopter!!! The shower curtain was too short, leaving the floor slippery afterward!!! Improvements in these areas would really enhance the experience!!!

The kids loved the outdoor trampoline and playground! Our family had a cozy stay in the One-Bedroom Suite, where we enjoyed the spacious layout and a warm atmosphere. The walking distance to the lake was perfect for our little adventures this the ideal base to explore awesome activities in Taupo.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly entertainment options on-site.
